    Shoes must be in the condition you received them in, with the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is not returned in its original box, or the box is taped and used to return the merchandise, a $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
    If you are not pleased with the item you ordered, please print and complete this Return/Exchange Form (Click Here for PDF format.) Be sure to include the return form with your return.

    2. Returns must be completed with-in 30 days from purchase, otherwise they are subject to receive an online credit

    Exchanges:

    If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at info@caperobbin.com. They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting 

    1. Unless a style is received damaged, or incorrect item is received free shipping labels are not provided and the cost must be covered by the customer. 

    • For all items received damaged or incorrectly images must be supplied to confirm, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange

    2. Please be sure to fill out both the return section and exchange section when submitting for an exchange - otherwise the order will be processed as a complete return and funds will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

    International Returns/Exchanges

    Shoes must be in the condition you received them in, with the original box and/or packaging.     1. At this time for all returns or exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Free shipping labels will not be provided.

    2. Should a return/exchange fall under the following return reasons, shipping costs musts be covered by the customer (to & from our fulfillment center. The cost will vary depending on the weight of the order)

    • Change their mind
    • Have a fit issue
    • Ordered the incorrect item by customer fault

    3. Should an item be received damaged, or incorrect item is shipped please contact us at info@caperobbin.com so that we may further discuss return/exchange options.

    4. For returns (due to the unestimated delivery time frame) orders must be initiated 30 days from the item(s) being received, otherwise they are subject to an online credit.

    6. Cape Robbin is not responsible for any charges incurred when going through customs. 
    All Duties/Taxes/Fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer at point of delivery/pick-up.
    7. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can be delayed by Customs Inspections.
